About the Role:
C-HAWKK CONSTRUCTION, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join their team in Eudora, KS! This is a great opportunity to play a key role in keeping the financial operations of a dynamic construction company running smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Process and review incoming invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests accurately and on time
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies or outstanding balances
- Maintain organized AP records, files, and documentation for auditing purposes
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams to verify and code construction-related expenses
- Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
- Assist with month-end close processes, including AP aging reports and account reconciliations
- Communicate professionally with vendors and subcontractors regarding payment status and inquiries
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience, preferably in construction
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and AP processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
